ECC Enterprise manufactures valve bag fillers, open mouth baggers, and vibratory packers, as well as paddle and ribbon horizontal mixers, and bulk bag loading and unloading stations. Our company has its fabrication facilities near Hopkinsville, Kentucky. We put together complete packaging systems, including bag flatteners and product bins. Our customers are in the cement, agricultural, mineral, pharmaceutical, food, and plastic industries.
We provide new machinery as well as rebuilt units. Some of our customers need innovative electronic weighing systems that meet Sigma 3 requirements for statistical process control. Because ECC is focused on dry bulk packaging and mixing, we are able to provide the most practical and competitively priced equipment to meet your production goals.
We manufacture the following valve bag fillers: Force Flow Air Bagger, Impeller Bagger (vertical or horizontal style), Auger Bagger, and Gravity Bagger. We also make Loading Stations and Unloading Stations for bulk bags. Furthermore, our Open Mouth Baggers are gross weighing or netweigh baggers that use gravity, vibratory, and other feeding techniques. Also featured is our double auger open mouth bagger for the high speed filling of bags with flours, bakery mixes and other products.
Another specialty of ECC is our ability to provide parts for a wide variety of baggers, such as the St. Regis, Stone, Black Diamond, H.L. Stoker, and Bemis lines of packers. Our company also provides the option of rebuilding your equipment.
