Unit Description
Gross weigh filler has single-speed or two-speed filling capabilities. Single-speed is equipped with a mechanical scale, while two-speed is electronic fill. Place an open mouth bag on the open mouth belt feeder, begin the fill cycle, and it automatically fills, trims weight, and with a foot pedal control drops the bag onto a conveyor.

Operating Principle
The model OMBF is equipped with mechanical or electronic scales, with a belt feeder. The feeder can either be single-speed or two-speed fill, depending on the chosen options. With the bag on the spout, and the start sequence engaged, the material will be conveyed into the bag until the desired weight is obtained. The bag will then drop automatically or be foot-pedal activated to drop onto the conveyor.
Dust Collection Options
The unit can be equipped with a dust collection port mounted over the belt and open mouth section. Recommended volume for the dust collector is 400 CFM per spout.

Operating Principle
The model OMV Netweigh packer is equipped with two-speed bulk and dribble fill, utilizing a high-speed electronic controller interfaced to a two-speed, belt vibratory feeder with multiple settings. The product is pre-weighed in a weigh bucket with a volume of 1 to 2 ½ cubic feet. When the bag is placed on a fill spout, the dump doors will open and discharge the pre-weighed material into the bag. The doors will then automatically close and the weighing cycle will begin again.

Operating Principle
The model 206 OMDA packer is equipped with two augers (maximum diameter 8 inches; minimum diameter 3 inches). When first started, both augers will run. The larger auger will stop at a preprogrammed rate, where the dribble cycle will begin. Only the smaller auger will continue to run until the final programmed weight is met. A high-speed electronic controller is used in order to maintain the accuracy while providing optimal production rates.
Dust Collection Connection
The standard unit comes equipped with a dust collection hook up shroud. Recommended volume for the dust collector is 400 CFM per spout. Other options such as bag seal assembly on some units are used when filling poly bags.
